Join us for a special guest reading by Richard Goodman at the Kerouac House on Saturday, March 21, 2009 at 7 pm. He will lead a discussion about William Burroughs and his influence on Kerouac. Richard Goodman is the author of The Soul of Creative Writing and French Dirt: The Story of a Garden in the South of France. He has written on a variety of subjects for many national publications, including the New York Times, Harvard Review, Creative Nonfiction, Commonweal, Vanity Fair, Garden Design, Grand Tour, The Writer’s Chronicle, The Louisville Review, Saveur, Ascent, French Review, and the Michigan Quarterly.
