H. Perry Horton

H. Perry Horton was born and raised in North Carolina. He received his bachelor's degree in media studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his MFA in fiction from Naropa University's Jack Kerouac School of Disembodied Poetics. Besides his stay at the Kerouac House, he has been in residence at the Breadloaf Writers Conference and the Vermont Studio Center. Mr. Horton is also a founder of Wayward Couch Press ( www.waywardcouch.com ), and serves as Editor in Chief for their new monthly magazine Ellipsis.Literary Serials and Narrative Culture, based in Portland, Oregon.
